PROMOGED is a pillar of the "Senegal Zero Waste" program. The mobilization of donors and the level of funding are unprecedented in the history of waste management in Senegal. Therefore, I invite all stakeholders to commit to the success of PROMOGED, which is a response to the need for financing the sector and modernizing the infrastructure.

I encourage technical and financial partners to invest more in large-scale projects as structuring as PROMOGED. I would like to thank the World Bank, the French Development Agency (AFD), the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID) and the European Investment Bank (EIB).
I invite the mayors and all territorial actors to mobilize their forces for a zero waste Senegal with PROMOGED.
